A Central Division Department responsible for the administration, maintenance and upgrade of the College’s network infrastructure components. System Services staff work behind the scenes to assure the network servers, switches and data communication lines are operational and the College’s data on these systems is secure. System Services is responsible for the College’s web server and Intranet/Portal. Support is also provided for security and facilities systems from System Services staff.

The System Services Department helps to develop standard operating procedures for technology and the staff works with campus IT departments to assure consistency and standardization across the College’s network, as appropriate.

System Services also assists with addressing recovery and disaster planning for College’s IT systems.
