The Public Relations Office of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College represents and communicates on behalf of the College, its campuses and centers, staff, students, programs and policies. The office provides strategic communications consultation, media relations efforts and event planning services College-wide. Public Relations functions as a point of contact for inquiries about academic expertise in relation to current events, marketing, and HACC developments affecting our community. The office develops communications strategies, identifies emerging issues, works proactively with the many media outlets that cover our eleven county service area.
