Dental coverage is administered by United Concordia. The College provides insurance paying a percentage of costs based on a prevailing rate schedule after a calendar year deductible of $25 per person ($75/family maximum) is met.

Some services that are covered by the HACC dental plan:
- Crown, inlay and onlay services
- Root canal therapy, tooth removal, denture repairs, and emergency visits
- Dental oral surgery
- Fillings and other restorative procedures
- Braces and other orthodontic procedures (up to a lifetime maximum of $1,000 per covered individual)
- Gum and other periodontal procedures
- Cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants and other preventive procedures
- Dentures (false teeth), bridge work, and other prosthetic procedures
- Anesthesia procedures
