The Flexible Spending Account benefit is administered by Allied Benefit and is known as the HACC Plan. The College funds $750 for placement into the medical Flexible Spending Account.

These dollars can be used to pay IRS eligible medical expenses. Such expenses include (but are not limited to): office visit copays, vision care, audiometric services and appliances, supplemental major medical and dental expenditures.
The full-time employee becomes eligible for HACC Plan funding after twelve continuous months of employment. (The distribution is prorated for those who have not completed their second full year by the December 31 distribution date.)
