HACC’s Classified Employee Organization’s (CEO) mission is to represent the interests of all CEO in the shared governance environment of the College and bring to life the College’s mission, vision, and institutional strategic plan through our daily work.

Participating in CEO activities provides an opportunity for staff to engage in open discussions and communicate ideas to maintain and improve college working conditions, facilitate student services, provide input on college procedures and policies, and establish a network of relationships with co-workers at all campuses.

All regular full time, part time, and temporary classified staff are represented by the CEO. The CEO constitutes one of the largest employee teams at HACC. The other employee constituencies are faculty, professional staff and administrators. Each team works together to best serve the needs of the college community.
