Chad Milligan of Mechanicsburg is well prepared as he pursues a Bachelor's degree in Geo-Environmental Studies after graduating from HACC with an Environmental Science degree. "I had a lot more hands-on experience with HACC's labs and the opportunity to see waste management and recycling or waste water treatment plants first hand," he said. "I always tell any high school students to think about HACC first. It really prepares you."
