Tim Watters of Elizabethtown wanted a career that would allow him satisfy his inquisitive streak. He hoped to tour the country and maybe, the world. “Travel was my passion,” he says. Pursuing it as a travel agent was a personal dream, but he initially could not find a suitable post-secondary program after he graduated from high school. The solution turned out to be the Travel and Tourism Program at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
