Our mail service includes posting outgoing mail, sorting incoming USPS, parcels, and delivery of intra-campus mail.
Outgoing mail is delivered to the post office daily. Outgoing mail may be delivered to the mailroom through the intra-campus mail, or dropped off at the Facilities Management Department Building.
Incoming mail is sorted and delivered to departmental mailboxes. Mail received at the college should pertain to college business. Please do not have personal mail sent to the college address. When using the college address, please specify your department and campus location, so that mail may be routed to you more quickly and efficiently.
Inter-campus mail is delivered via a courier van, originating from Harrisburg and runs on a daily basis Monday through Friday. Scheduled stops are at our Lebanon, Lancaster, York and Gettysburg campuses. Inter-campus mail should be clearly marked as to recipient's name, department, and campus destination.
For delivery of large, bulky, or heavy items, please do a work order request through the Facilities Management Department.
The items stored can be anything from salt for ice removal to extra chairs and tables.
Warehousing is an important part this operation. Items that need to be kept and stored are located in our warehouse.
