Do you have a need to use a larger more “personalized” space for your upcoming activity? We may have the solution. Here on the Lancaster Campus we have a few areas that may be used for any number of events.
In the past we have provided meeting space for businesses in the area and held celebrations for our campus. These spaces are flexible and usually can be accommodated to suit almost any event. These spaces must be reserved by contacting Facilities Management Department.
We have a procedure in place to be able to use our “public spaces”. Please follow these steps and we will make it as painless as possible. Following our procedures will insure that your space is ready for you at the time you need it.
1. Have a good idea of what your needs are and the date and time of your event.
2. Contact the Facilities Department to assist you with arranging for your desired space.
3. Be certain to allow plenty of lead time before your event.
Internal groups require at least 7 BUSINESS DAYS notice.
External groups require at least a 25 day lead time.
In 2011 we hosted a total of 1161 internal events and 183 external events on our campus.
