Decisions to close the campus/college due to weather are made by Dr. Kathleen Kramer, Lebanon Campus Vice –President, Mr. Jeb Baxter, Interim Provost & Vice-President of Academic Affairs, and Dr. John Sygielski, College President. Detailed information on college procedures appears in the Faculty Handbook. Individual faculty should adhere to the cancellation/postponement announcement for the college and NOT independently cancel/postpone individual classes. In the event that classes are not cancelled even though the weather is foul, faculty should consider all leniency with student absences.

Announcement of closures or delays for day classes will be made by 6 a.m. on the local radio stations, TV stations, HACC Home Page (http://www.hacc.edu), and on HACC phone # 270-HACC. Announcements that evening classes are cancelled will be made by 3:00 p.m.
