On Campus solicitations by external groups (AP 126): HACC prohibits the use of college facilities by external entities where the proposed activity is for the purpose of promoting or advancing a political, religious, or other special interest. The policy is interpreted to permit the solicitation of sales and donations for charitable purposes when approved by the college. However, solicitations by other groups are prohibited.
