Apply for graduation
Online (Enter Secure Area) via HACCWeb. As an alternative, you may apply for graduation by printing the
Application for Graduation (pdf), or by picking up an Application for Graduation form in the Welcome Center of any HACC campus. If you are mailing the application for graduation, the address is: HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, Graduation Specialist PC429, One HACC Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Commencement
There are two graduation ceremonies per year. Depending on when you apply to graduate and when you will be completing your last course, will determine the ceremony that is appropriate for you. December ceremony:
- Students who are eligible to graduate in the Fall term are invited to participate in the December commencement ceremony.
- Students who apply to graduate by Oct. 1 will have commencement information mailed to them in October.
- Students who submit their application for graduation by Nov. 1 and potentially qualify for graduation will have their name included in the commencement program.
- Graduates will have their diplomas mailed to them after grades are posted for the Fall term (December).
May Ceremony:
- Students who are eligible to graduate in the Spring or Summer term are invited to participate in the May commencement ceremony.
- Students who apply to graduate by March 1 will have commencement information mailed to them in late March.
- Students who submit their application for graduation by April 1 and potentially qualify for graduation will have their name included in the commencement program.
- Graduates will have their diplomas mailed to them after grades are posted for the appropriate term – Spring (May), Summer I (June/July), and Summer II (August).
Mailing of Diplomas
All diplomas are mailed to students upon completion of the requested program. This process may take up to four weeks. For immediate verification upon confirmation of your degree, you may request an official transcript. For your convenience an official transcript may be requested by one of the following methods:
