School District Residency Requirements for Tuition Subsidy:  (Pennsylvania Resident Information)

A student who wishes to claim subsidy (when a portion of tuition is paid for by the sponsoring school district) from one of the 22 sponsoring school districts of the College must obtain a Certificate of Residency and present it to the Registration Office by the Tuition Payment Due Date. If a Certificate is not on file with the College by the tuition payment due date; students will be charged the non-sponsoring rate until a valid Certificate of Residency is presented to the College.

If submitting a prior fiscal year certificate of residency, the deadline to do so is September 30th of the ending fiscal year. For example, a 2011-12 fiscal year certificate must be received no later than September 30, 2012. A 2012-13 certificate must be received no later than September 30th, 2013.

A Certificate of Residence is valid from July 1 to June 30, one fiscal year; therefore, a new Certificate must be obtained yearly.
