Due to a fuel tanker fire and the resulting emergency closing of the Harrisburg Campus, finals scheduled for Thursday, May 9th are rescheduled for Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the same time.

Availability of final grades will be delayed. We will do everything possible to have final grades available by noon on Thursday, May 16th and pending transcripts mailed by Friday, May 17th.

The Registrar's Office (Records) is separate from and should not be confused with the Registration Office/Welcome Center at each HACC location. The Registrar's Office is responsible for the management and processing of student grades; certifying students for graduation; evaluating transcripts for transfer credit; processing HACC transcript requests; degree verifications; and overseeing the basic rights of students as they pertain to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

There is a separate Registration Office at every HACC location. The Registration Office is known as the Welcome Center. The services offered by the Welcome Center at each location varies, but generally includes the administration and processing of applications for admission to the College; credit course registration (i.e. class drop, add, and withdrawals), certificates of residency, enrollment verifications, address and/or curriculum changes, and student account payments and/or refunds.
