Registrar

The Registrar Offices consist of the Records Office and the Registration Office. The Records Office is located on the second floor of the Cooper Student Center at the Harrisburg Campus. The Records Office is responsible for the administration of all aspects pertaining to student records. Specific functions include management and processing of student grades; certifying students for graduation; evaluating transcripts for transfer credit; processing HACC transcript requests; address and/or curriculum change requests; enrollment verifications; degree verifications; and overseeing the basic rights of students as they pertain to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

There is a Registration Office at every campus location. The responsibilities of the Registration Office varies by campus, but generally includes the administration of credit course registration; processing of credit course drop, add, and withdrawals; processing of certificates of residency; and enrollment verifications.
