The Testing Center at HACC offers testing services to HACC students and to the Central Pennsylvania community.

CLEP
The College Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students to earn credit for college courses by passing national exams. For detailed information about the CLEP program, visit the College Board website at www.collegeboard.org/clep/ . HACC is an open CLEP test center. Testing space is limited and candidates are served in the order in which registration information and fees are received. CLEP tests are computerized. Check with your school or department to verify which CLEP tests are accepted and the passing score required.

MOS
The testing center is an authorized Microsoft Certified Testing Center. The cost for each section of the exam is $70.00. For detailed information on the requirements on taking the exam(s) visit the Microsoft website at www.microsoft.com/traincert/mcp/officespecialist/

Praxis
The Praxis Series program provides tests and other services for states to use as part of their teacher certification process. The Praxis Series assessments are also used by colleges and universities to qualify individuals for entry into teacher education programs. ACT
ACT testing is a series of professional certification tests including the Transportation Security Assessment, American Social Worker Boards, Automotive Service Excellence and the American Dietetic Association. For more information visit www.act.org.
