Due to a fuel tanker fire and the resulting emergency closing of the Harrisburg Campus, finals scheduled for Thursday, May 9th are rescheduled for Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the same time. Availability of final grades will be delayed. We will do everything possible to have final grades available by noon on Thursday, May 16th and pending transcripts mailed by Friday, May 17th.

Students may request a transcript of their permanent academic record.

Order your HACC transcript online or submit a HACC Transcript Request Form in-person at the Welcome Center at any HACC campus.

You may also submit a written request to the Records Office at One HACC Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110-2999. Written requests must include:

Allow twenty-four hours for processing. If you choose to pick up your request in lieu of having the transcript mailed, you may come in-person and present an officially issued photo identification card (i.e. HACCid or driver's license) to the Records Office at 349 Wiconisco Street, 4th floor room 409, Harrisburg, PA 17110. A third-party person my pick up your transcript if you signed and indicated such on your request. The third-party is also required to present a photo id.

**IMPORTANT** If you do not submit a transcript request prior to showing up in-person at the Records Office to pick up your official transcript, you will be required to pay online or with a check or money order. We do not have secure cashiering capabilities at our Penn Center location and therefore, may not accept cash as payment at this location. Please request your HACC transcript online or submit a HACC Transcript Request Form in-person at the Welcome Center at any HACC campus first.
