I can’t remember my password. What do I do?
Go to HACCWeb. Select “Enter Secure Area.” Type in your HACCid, leave the PIN field blank, and click on the Forgot PIN? button. Your security question will appear. If you successfully answer your security question (remember the answer is case sensitive) you will be able to reset your PIN. Allow a little time for the password to reset.
What do I do if the MyHACC portal won't let me login?

I can’t remember the answer to my security question. How do I get my PIN re-set?
Go to the Registration Office/Welcome Center at the campus nearest you. You will need to supply a photo ID.
