All are welcome to HACC's free Kwanzaa Festival on Saturday, December 4, 10am to 7pm in Cooper Student Center at HACC's Harrisburg Campus. Festivities for the 12th annual festival begin with the fifth annual Harambee Recognition Awards and candle-lighting ceremony at 10am. The arts festival and entertainment begins at noon and continues until 7pm with performances, food, gifts and activities for children.
