In the heart of Europe lies the picturesque countryside of German castles, landscapes, rivers, historic art and culture, as well as the birthplace of our newest pope, Pope Benedict XVI.
This trip will be led by a German-born guide escorting the group through the heart of Germany with details only familiarity can provide. On the Rhine river boat tour, among the first of scenic trips, the group will see the famous and legendary Lorelei. The tour will continue to Berlin and proceed south to Dresden, Nuremberg, and Munich, stopping in Oberammergau for sightseeing and shopping before visiting the Mercedes-Bentz Museum in Stuttgart.
On the Trail of The DaVinci Code is a trip to be led by Judith Pellegrino, a popular lecturer on the famous book and soon-to-be-released movie. This trip is being planned for 2007. There are very few books written within the last 50 years that have initiated the controversy as The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown. This European tour will bring the book alive as participants actually stand in areas that the story involved including London, Paris and Milan.
