Adventure Learning offers experiential learning that assists educators with increasing their physical connections to the learning process and their incorporation of the outside world into their teaching practices. Participants will focus on skills applications for higher level learning through ice breakers, physical games incorporating curriculum, team-building exercises, and physical problem-solving.
This program aims to increase confidence and self-esteem in learning, to bring creativity to curriculum, to develop problem-solving and leadership among students and faculty, to foster appreciation and respect for diversity, and incorporate more of the senses and physical aspects in learning.
