'Islamic Culture and the Arts' concludes 20th Anniversary Speaker Series at HACC-Gettysburg Campus

GETTYSBURG – Explore “Islamic Culture and the Arts” with Robin O’Bryan, Ph.D., who will give a presentation at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Room 120 at the HACC-Gettysburg Campus.
O’Bryan, HACC adjunct instructor in art history and adjunct assistant professor of visual arts at Gettysburg College, will examine the distinctive art and architecture developed in the name of this ancient religion. She also will address the origins of Muslim faith and key aspects of Islamic culture.
The free public lecture is part of the HACC-Gettysburg Campus 20th Anniversary Speakers Series, which has featured presentations throughout the year on arts, culture, history and politics.
