March. 1-31        Radius Featured Craftsman – Jewelry artist Genevieve Williamson of New Freedom offers pieces in polymer clay, sterling silver, brass, steel, glass, paper and found objects.

April 30               Radius Showcase Series - Pysanky: Ukranian Egg Decorating
The second year for this showcase, Pennsylvania artisans offer the colored eggs decorated in the Batik resist method. Radius craftsman Bruce Bodnyk demonstrates the Pysanky egg decorating method during a demonstration 1-3 p.m. Sunday, March 21.

Thursday
April 22               Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop – Deadline to submit items for the May-June Showcase – Under the Cover: Handmade Books. Radius is now accepting entries the upcoming showcase that runs May 1 through June 30.
                                    There is no entry fee and must be a Pennsylvania resident. E-mail up to four images to Jessica Watson, curator of arts and assistant manager, at jlwatson@hacc.edu. Work entered must be for sale under Radius consignment terms. Delivery and pick up is the responsibility of the artist.
 
                                     Hours for Radius are 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and noon-4:30 p.m. Sunday. There is no charge to enter the shop. The shop remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, similar to The State Museum, 300 North St. where Radius is located. For more information, call 787-5590 or go to www.radiusgallery.com.
                                    Radius, on the ground floor of the State Museum of Pennsylvania, Third and North streets, is a partnership between HACC and the Pennsylvania Historical Museum Commission. The gallery and museum shop carries the work of more than 60 craftsmen, including HACC students, members of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen and other talented artists from around the state.
