Students graduate from associate degree nursing program at HACC's Lebanon Campus

Graduates recognized for academic, clinical achievements

LEBANON – Spring graduates in nursing received their nursing pins in a ceremony held at the HACC-Lebanon Campus. The graduates successfully completed HACC’s Advanced Standing Option Program and are now qualified to take licensure exams to become registered nurses (RNs). 
The program is accredited by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and provides an opportunity for licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to earn status as a registered nurse (RN).
Several graduating students were recognized during the ceremony:
  • Lisa Gingerich of Lebanon received the Lebanon Campus Achievement Award. This award is a campus award given to the individual who displays an excellent academic record, quality work, contributes to the classroom environment and who is a hard worker with initiative to go beyond the standard requirements of the class.
  • Gingerich, along with Susan Lutz of Lebanon, Darlene Ramsey of Ephrata and Lori Shoffler of Gordon were named to Who’s Who in American Colleges. These students were selected through a nomination process for their exceptional academic standards.
  • Ramsey also received the Academic Excellence Award.
  • Monica Gingrich of Lebanon received the Clinical Excellence Award.
  • Susan Mosser of Denver received the Leadership Award.
The Lebanon Campus associate degree nursing graduates who received their pins were:
Camp Hill – Charise Spradley.
Denver – Susan Mosser.
Ephrata – Darlene Ramsey.
Gordon – Lori Shoffler.
Lebanon – Iris Bohun, Lisa Gingerich, Monica Gingrich, Susan Lutz, Cindy Neve.
Linglestown – Allison Turek.
Lititz – Imelda Zahn.
Palmyra – Lauren Vazquez.
HACC also offers the associate degree in nursing program at the Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster and York campuses.
