No Change in HACC Operations with Sale of PSECU Building

Sept. 1, 2016
HARRISBURG, Pa. – The sale of the PSECU building adjacent to the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, will not affect the College’s current operations in the building.

“HACC will continue to provide student services in the PSECU building during the ongoing renovation of the Bruce E. Cooper Student Center. Commonwealth Charter Academy, the new owner, will honor HACC’s current lease for portions of the building and will grant an extension of that lease should it be necessary,” said HACC President John J. “Ski” Sygielski.

“I look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership with Commonwealth Charter Academy in the future,” he said.

Sygielski said the sale was finalized Aug. 31, 2016.
