HACC Foundation Appoints New Board Members

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The HACC Foundation, a nonprofit educational trust established to raise private and corporate revenues in support of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, welcomed two new members to the HACC Foundation Board.

Linda Dolan is a retired school administrator for the Lebanon School District. Dolan earned a doctorate degree in educational administration, leadership and curriculum from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Millersville University in Lancaster. When asked why she joined the HACC Foundation Board, Dolan said, “I attended HACC and so did my daughters and other family members. We saw firsthand the quality of education and I want to support HACC so that our community has this opportunity.”
 
Sam Herbert serves as the associate director at Geisinger Health System. Herbert has 23 years of experience in information technology in the health care, insurance, finance and banking industries. Herbert earned master’s degrees from Anna University in India and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in India. Herbert is Fellow for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA®); Fellow for the Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM®); and Fellow for the Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS®). When asked about HACC, Herbert shared, “HACC is a perfect place to start building your future as it provides excellent opportunities, and I want to be part of HACC.”
