HACC Foundation Appoints New Board Member

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The HACC Foundation, a nonprofit educational trust established to raise private and corporate revenues in support of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, welcomed a new member to the HACC Foundation Board.
 
David Kratzer serves as a managing consultant with McNees Strategic Solutions Group, a practice group within the law firm of McNees Wallace and Nurick, LLC. Prior to this role, he was a professional municipal manager for approximately 16 years, most recently serving as the manager of Susquehanna Township in Dauphin County.

When asked why he joined the HACC Foundation Board, Kratzer said, “I feel strongly about the foundational importance of education and the need for such to be accessible, affordable, and inclusive to all.”
