HARRISBURG, Pa. – On Dec. 13, thousands of supporters attended the Commencement ceremony for HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, to cheer on close to 900 students who completed their associate degree, certificate or diploma during the fall 2022 semester.
The Commencement ceremony, held at the Giant Center in Hershey, celebrated the remarkable achievements of HACC graduates who will enter the workforce, transfer to four-year schools and land job promotions. They will serve as accountants, first responders, nurses, paralegals, teachers and as professionals in many other careers across Pennsylvania and beyond.
John J. “Ski” Sygielski, MBA, Ed.D., HACC president and CEO, said, “The College’s Commencement ceremony is one of my favorite events of the year. Every HACC graduate has their own success story to tell, and this event provides us with the opportunity to celebrate, alongside their biggest supporters, these achievements.”
