HACC Student Art to be Featured in Honors Shows

HARRISBURG, Pa. - This spring, HACC art students will display their best works in two shows at the Rose Lehrman Art Gallery on the College’s Harrisburg Campus.

The first show from April 3-14 will feature photography, digital photo imaging, three-dimensional and two-dimensional design. A reception for the artists will be held on April 13 from 5:30-7 p.m.

From April 20 through May 5, the gallery will feature graphic design, drawing, painting, glass, ceramics and jewelry works. A reception for the artists will be held on April 27 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Awards will be presented during both receptions at 6 p.m.

Students submit hundreds of works for consideration. Art faculty review the submissions and select the best works from each medium.

All gallery events are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-7 p.m., or by appointment.
