Updates to YOUR HACC Campus in Lebanon

HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, remains committed to the Lebanon community. That is why we are #HACCproud to announce that HACC’s Lebanon Campus will be moving to designated areas at Lebanon Valley College (LVC). This move will provide HACC students the high-quality education they are used to and additional opportunities present on a four-year college campus.

Where is HACC’s Lebanon Campus moving?

Currently, the College is a tenant occupying the third floor and a laboratory space on the second floor of the Lebanon City Hall at 735 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA.

As of June 30, 2025, the College will vacate the current Lebanon Campus spaces. From May through August, HACC will transition all operations and classroom spaces to LVC’s campus at the following address:

Why is HACC relocating to LVC?

The College believes this move is best for HACC students and employees. As the College neared the end of a five-year lease agreement with the City of Lebanon and began to negotiate a new lease agreement, HACC started exploring other facilities within the county to house the campus. The College engaged LVC in discussions about a mutually beneficial partnership.

When is HACC moving to this new location?

Please note:

HACC classes at the current location (735 Cumberland St.) will end on May 12, 2025.
HACC classes at the new location (101 N. College Ave.) will begin on Aug. 25, 2025, at Lebanon Valley College. This date is the start of the fall 2025 semester for all HACC students - no matter which HACC campus they attend.

What resources and opportunities will be available at the new location?

HACC is committed to maintaining and enhancing the exceptional college experience for its students. While the location of our campus is changing, our support and learning opportunities will continue to ensure our students are set up for success.

Classroom space in LVC’s Bishop Library
College campus environment
Dining services
Essential support and learning facilities, including:
- Academic, career and transfer advising
- CARE Center
- Financial aid
- International student services
- KEYS Program
- Mental health resources
- Military and veterans affairs
- Student access services (formerly disability services)
- Welcome Center
- Wellness programs
Expanded accessibility for students and employees, including ample parking and public transportation
Increased access to resources located at LVC
Laboratory space in LVC’s Neidig Garber Science Center with standard equipment
Offices for employees in the lower level of the Bishop Library, as needed
Potential to offer new academic programs to serve the residents and businesses in Lebanon County
Transfer and scholarship opportunities at LVC
Welcome services in the Bishop Library for HACC students and employees

Will the registration or enrollment process change?

No. HACC operates as One College and prides itself on having a consistent registration and enrollment process regardless of where students take classes.

What programs will HACC offer at the new location?

The new location will offer the following programs:

Exercise Science (3121): Associate in Science (AS)
Liberal Arts (2091): Associate in Arts (AA)
Liberal Studies (7166): Certificate
Social Sciences (5090): Associate in Arts (AA)

Will all HACC classes be offered in person at LVC?

No. Students will be able to save time and travel by completing some of their classes at LVC and the remainder of their classes online.
