Awards are offered on a limited basis to students meeting specific criteria. The awards are based on the criteria provided by donors.

Cheryl F. Plawsky Memorial Photography Award	Estate of Jean Plawsky	To be determined	Must be enrolled at HACC Must have participated in the Photography Honors Show
Dr. Eleanor Ebersole Memorial Photography Award Fund	Dr. Jay Ebersole	To be determined	Must demonstrate unmet need Must have completed 15 credits at HACC or transferred from another institution Must be enrolled in a Photography degree or certificate program GPA of 2.5 or higher Complete the award application
Engineering and Technology Club Student Award	The Engineering and Technology Club	To be determined	Students must be active members of the Engineering and Technology Club Currently or previously enrolled at HACC. An active member is defined as a member who attended 80% of the club meetings and participated in the organization and execution of two-thirds of the club activities and community service projects.
George D. Heiser, M.Ed., R.T. (R) (QM) Program Director Memorial Award	George D. Heiser and family	To be determined	Students must have demonstrated academic achievement Student must have conducted documented research or experiments related to radiologic technology Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 Students must be enrolled in the Radiologic Technology Program at HACC’s Lancaster Campus Students must have demonstrated leadership and professionalism
Gettysburg Campus Nursing Graduation Award	HACC nursing program uniform vendor(s)	To be determined	Students must be enrolled in HACC’s clinical nursing program at the Gettysburg Campus Students must be nominated by the nursing faculty
Guy J. and Helen Y. Swope International Education and Travel Award	Helen Y Swope and friends of Guy J. and Helen Y. Swope	To be determined	Students must be enrolled full-time in a degree program at HACC. Students must maintain an overall GPA of 2.5. Students’ proposed travel must show a direct connection to the students’ educational and/or career goals. Preference will be given to students with unmet need.
John C. & Kathryn H. Lanz Memorial Scholarship Endowment	The estate of John C. and Kathryn H. Lanz	To be determined	Graduating in engineering, mathematics, computer science and elementary education or related fields
Joseph Register Award	Friends, family and colleagues of Joseph Register	To be determined	Students must be enrolled in a literature course at HACC’s Lancaster Campus. Students must be nominated by the English faculty at the Lancaster Campus.
Meghan Freas Memorial Award	Family and friends of Meghan Freas	To be determined	Students must be enrolled full-time as a film and theatre major Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Students must be travelling with international student program focusing on film and theatre. Students must complete the Meghan Freas Award application.
Wallace H. Alexander Memorial Award Fund	H.B. Alexander Foundation; Mr. William H. Alexander	To be determined	Graduating from the Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (BET) program with the highest GPA.
