The Harrisburg Area Community College Wildwood Writers' Conference will be held on Friday and Saturday, April 5 and 6, in the C. Ted Lick Wildwood Conference Center on the Wildwood Campus in Harrisburg. Acclaimed poets, essayists, and journalists will lead the two-day conference in readings, panel discussions, workshops and lectures.

Friday, attendees will hear presentations and readings by guest writers, on topics such as story telling and experimental art. A stage adaptation of Rebecca Ranson's "The Incarceration of Annie" will be featured on Friday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm in the Studio Theatre of HACC's Rose Lehrman Arts Center. Marnie Brennan, associate professor of theatre at HACC, developed the adaptation. Saturday will offer several workshops and readings by guest writers, including Maggie Anderson, Chip Miller, and Danny Romero, beginning at 9am.
