The Gettysburg Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) will offer a hands-on cooking class that explores the old West through a chuck wagon adventure.

Billed as "more than beans and taters," Cowboy Cuisine will be offered on Tuesday, April 13, from 6-9 p.m., at New Oxford High School, Berlin Road, in New Oxford.

Participants will learn barbecue techniques, how to make a real chili, conquer barnyard fare and tame game as they "mosey on down the trail."
