Honor students at Harrisburg Area Community College were initiated recently into Phi Theta Kappa, the national honorary society for community and junior colleges. Students who have accumulated 12 or more credits toward a degree, with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, are eligible for Phi Theta Kappa membership. Initiation ceremonies took place at HACC's Wildwood Campus in Harrisburg.

These new Phi Theta Kappa initiates are students at HACC's Gettysburg Campus:

Back Row - Jeannette Snyder, Christina Ricker, Susan Shern, Luke Rider, Brandi Hunter.

Middle Row - Michelle Durange ( Pres. of PTK), Lisa Stahl, Ni Putu Ningsih, Meghann Orndorff, Holly Corbin.

Front Row - Linda O'Connor (advisor), Erica Dague, Rhonda Markley, Vanessa Martin, Jennifer Weaver ( Campus Dean), Jody Himes.

Also inducted but missing from picture - Christy Arentz, Joseph Cooley, William Davis, Jennifer Faul, Jason Forman, Amy Gillin, Michelle Marvon, Emily Miller, John Price, Kim Evans, Tina Knepper, Terry Sweitzer, and David Warnick.
