For those who don't have a clue how to make a good martini, there's an upcoming noncredit class to the rescue at the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.

Mixology (For the Non-Professional) will be offered on three Thursdays, Nov. 3, 10 and 17 from 6-9 p.m. Cost is $108 and includes all classroom materials. Students must be at least 21 years of age to attend.

This new course is designed for the person who does a lot of entertaining, or for someone seeking personal enrichment. The class will focus on product identification, drink classification, glassware, garnishing and the art of mixology - including holiday specialties. The first half of the course is lecture while the last half is a hands-on laboratory.

Registration and information is available by accessing HACC's Community Education Center's Autumn 2005 Schedule of Noncredit Classes at the Website below. Information also may be obtained by calling the Harrisburg Campus of HACC at 717-780-2414 or 717-780-2616.
