April 16, 2009
GETTYSBURG – Students thinking about attending college can get the latest information at “Get It Started,” a free open house at the Gettysburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
The open house starts at 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, at the campus, 731 Old Harrisburg Road.
Prospective students can learn about HACC’s programs that lead right to a career and programs that offer the ability to transfer for a bachelor’s degree. How to apply and financial aid options are also covered.
“These sessions are very helpful for potential students so they can have their questions about college answered,” said Heather Watt, admissions recruitment coordinator. “It’s also an opportunity for them to get a look at the recently completed campus expansion.”
An RSVP is encouraged but not required. Call the Gettysburg Campus at 337-3855, ext. 3001, or go to www.hacc.edu and click on Gettysburg Campus to reserve a seat or for further information.
