Sept. 4             Talkabouts – HACC Lancaster Campus – Lori Hemphill of the Perfect Plan, Millersville, will discuss “Creating a Special Event to Market Your Business.” Hemphill will share ideas with participants for creating special events that uniquely and creatively market their businesses or favorite organizations.
