Free event provides information on getting a post-secondary education

YORK – Potential students are invited to find out what HACC-York Campus has to offer at a free “Get It Started” open house.
The event will be held from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at the HACC York Cytec building at 2161 Pennsylvania Ave. Participants will hear what faculty and current students have to say about HACC and enjoy campus tours, including the Leader and Goodling buildings on the campus.
Those who attend will learn about:
- How easy it is to enroll and attend
- Programs that can get you into a career – in as little as 9 months!
- Transfer and career options
- Financial Aid and scholarship information
- How HACC credits transfer to four-year schools
- Student life, clubs and activities
- English as a Second Language and Spanish GED classes
