Police investigation reveals that no crime occurred
Nov. 20, 2013
HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Harrisburg Bureau of Police has completed its investigation into the alleged indecent assault reported at the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, on Nov. 18, 2013, and determined that no crime occurred.

The Harrisburg Bureau of Police issued the following statement today:

During the interview, the complainant recanted parts of her statement and the investigation revealed that no crime occurred. She will not face any criminal charges, as we believe a referral to other, non police, county agencies is more appropriate.

HACC thanks the Harrisburg Bureau of Police for its partnership during this investigation.
