YORK, Pa. – Laine Crosby, an investigative medium, will visit the HACC York Campus Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, to discuss her experiences with the supernatural and her adventures in psychic time travel. Crosby is a transmedium and is clairaudient, clairsentient and clairvoyant, who helps historians, historical organizations, authors and archaeologists discover details about the history of locations in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

The event will be held in the Glatfelter Community Room in the Cytec Building of HACC’s York Campus from 7–8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, though registration is required as space is limited. Crosby will stay after the program to autograph her second book, “Investigative Medium: The Awakening.

In her talk, she will discuss excerpts from the book, including the conversations she has had with spirits in her own house to those that she has had with the ghosts of wounded soldiers from the Civil War who still remain on the battlefield.  In addition, she will share her experiences with the paranormal research team with which she often collaborates and will entertain questions about her supernatural encounters.

Crosby has been featured in numerous print and media outlets including the Travel Channel, MyFoxDC, and Ghost channel.tv. She is currently writing her most recent installment in the Investigative Medium series titled, “The Adventures of a Free Range Psychic Medium,” where she details her work with Ghost of Gettysburg historian Mark Nesbitt, police agencies, and missing persons organizations.
