HARRISBURG, Pa. – Community members looking to re-enter the workforce may find the right employer at HACC’s re-entry job fair on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.

This free event is co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole and the Harrisburg District Citizens Advisory Committee. The job fair is focused on individuals re-entering the workforce, including ex-offenders. It will be held in the Bruce E. Cooper Student Center at the campus, One HACC Drive.

There is no cost for job seekers, and the event is open to the public. Participants should dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their résumé. The fair is an opportunity to meet potential employers and could result in on-the-spot job interviews and possible hiring. Companies are looking to fill full- and part-time positions in a variety of jobs for entry-level and experienced workers.

Employers who are looking for a venue to meet and hire qualified employees should register by Wednesday, May 7. Employer participation is free.
