(HARRISBURG, Pa.) – HACC, partnering with Cornerstone Culinary Kitchen, will be hosting Holiday Gifts from the Herbal Kitchen, a special culinary event of fun, food, gifts and friends, at the Cornerstone Culinary Kitchen in Camp Hill on Dec. 11, 2014, from 6-9 p.m. Students will sample herbal culinary delights and even enjoy an interactive cooking experience.
 
The course will explore:

• Finishing salts and salted herbs (a wonderful preservation technique)
• A multitude of dips utilizing one recipe
• An updated version of the “cheese ball”
• Finishing sugars
• A surprising twist on caramel apples

 With each item explored and sampled, thoughtful and beautiful packaging techniques for gift giving will be presented. Each participant leaves with parting gifts. This event is BYOB.
