WHAT: Grand opening celebration for Medical Assisting Certificate Program
WHEN: April 6, 2017, from 5:30-7 p.m.
WHERE: Robert C. Hoffman Community Room of HACC’s Gettysburg Campus, 731 Old Harrisburg Road
COVERAGE: The public is invited to a ribbon cutting in partnership with the Gettysburg-Adams Chamber of Commerce. Those who attend will:
  • Hear details about the program from campus and certificate program leaders, community healthcare partners, alumni and current students.
  • Watch student demonstrations, such as checking vital signs and carrying out simple lab tests.
  • Attend an information session to learn about enrolling into the Medical Assisting Certificate Program and obtaining financial aid.
