GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Lifelong learners can expand their interests by participating in Community Education Day on June 14, 2017, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at HACC’s Gettysburg Campus.

Participants can choose three educational sessions from among 16 topics that range from genealogy research, retirement, holistic health, war history and more. Sessions are presented in a short workshop format and led by HACC faculty or community presenters.

“I've attended several of the Community Education Days. The topics are unique and taught with personal insight by instructors who have passion for their topics. Most recently, I learned about the latest version of Microsoft Excel, gained insights into the beliefs and practices of Muslims in America and found additional resources for my genealogy research,” said Jim Krut of Gettysburg.

The cost of $49 per person includes the choice of three class sessions, morning refreshments and a bagged lunch.

To view the schedule of sessions and register, please visit hacc.edu/GettysburgCommunity or contact the campus Welcome Center at 717-337-3855, ext. 119903.
