HARRISBURG, Pa. – In an effort to transform lives and change futures for its students, HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, held its 2017 Day of Giving on April 20, 2017.
 
The fundraising event was successful and raised more than $67,500, surpassing last year’s giving total. Final totals are still being calculated.
 
The funds raised from the Day of Giving will support the HACC Foundation’s Invest. Impact. Inspire. Campaign for HACC. The campaign priorities include scholarships, student emergency assistance funds, extensive renovations of the Bruce E. Cooper Student Center and the President’s Fund for Excellence, which supports special projects and initiatives.  
 
The Day of Giving website will be updated throughout April, and individuals are encouraged to visit the site to track HACC’s continued fundraising progress.
