HARRISBURG, Pa. - HACC is aware that students have organized sit-ins on HACC campuses in response to HACC’s decision about access to clinical mental health services.
 
HACC exists for the express purpose of education and recognizes and supports the right to free speech. As such, protecting freedom of expression is of essential importance to the College. HACC will protect the rights of freedom of speech, petition and peaceful assembly as set forth by the U.S. Constitution.
 
The safety of our students, employees and visitors is our priority. Security personnel will be onsite to ensure everyone’s safety.
