HARRISBURG, Pa. – John J. “Ski” Sygielski, MBA, Ed.D., president and CEO of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, hosted a virtual news conference Feb. 15, 2021, to present information about the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) filing a petition with the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board seeking to be the bargaining agent for HACC faculty.
