HARRISBURG, Pa. – HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, has no position on the rally planned by the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) and some HACC faculty.

HACC strongly disagrees with PSEA’s claims that the College is engaging in stalling tactics or dragging out the process with lengthy delays.
