"Exploring Careers in Engineering and Technology 2004" will be held at HACC's Wildwood Conference Center, Wildwood Campus, Harrisburg, Thursday, March 25, 6-8:30 p.m.
Students, parents, career changers, educators, counselors and those advising students with technical interests are encouraged to attend.
A panel of engineers will talk about their careers and what drew them to engineering.
Various careers will be discussed including civil engineering, computer repair, computer networking, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
Attendees will learn how technicians and craftsmen interface with engineers, as well as available opportunities.
They will gain insight into technical education and hear engineering educators from HACC discuss options in Engineering and Technical Education.
