Harrisburg Area Community College, central Pennsylvania's community college, announces the Rose Lehrman Arts Center's 30th Anniversary Season 2004-2005. The schedule of events features an eclectic mix of the best in contemporary and traditional dance, world-influenced music, classic and innovative theatre and high quality family shows at the college's Harrisburg Campus.

"We will mark our 30th anniversary as well as the college's 40th anniversary with a number of significant programs," says Teri Guerrisi, Director of the Performing Artist Series. "Highlights of our next season include the return of Aquila Theatre with Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, a family concert featuring a first-ever pairing of Tom Chapin and Red Grammer, the Celtic sounds of Leahy, and a season finale celebration with the amazing Pilobolus Dance Theatre."

Patrons can join the Friends of the Rose Lehrman Arts Center membership program and receive a number of special benefits, including center section reserved seating and the A Note to Our Friends newsletter. For the 30th anniversary season, patrons can take advantage of a one-time-only Anniversary Membership for $30 to join as a new Friend.

The Performing Artist Series is supported by grants from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, the National Dance Project of the New England Foundation for the Arts, Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour and the Franklin H. and Ruth L. Wells Foundation.

The Rose Lehrman Arts Center is also the site of theatre productions by HACC TheatreWorks, HACC Theatre for Young People, concerts by the HACC Wildwood Chorale, gallery exhibits, lectures and more.

Patrons can order tickets by mail in July and August. The Rose Lehrman Arts Center Box Office officially opens for full sales on Monday, August 30th.
