Edna Baehre, Ph.D., president of Harrisburg Area Community College, shares a few words of thanks for receiving the Athena Award for professional development and community service from the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corp. at the Chamber's awards breakfast in December.

Dr. Baehre was recognized by the Chamber for initiative in her work, providing service to improve the community and the quality of life for its residents and helping women reach their leadership potential.
